I respect fully decked out show cars, but if they aren't driven daily, a lot of my respect is lost for it. I know how I feel doesn't matter, and it shouldn't affect your build; this is how most people see show car builds though.

Either way, I cannot wait to see the outcome.

haha forsure, i can see that too, i mean it will be daily driven, but i want to build it in the garage and since im gonna be working full time i will need a car to drive in the mean time while my project is being worked on

im just gonna get a prebuilt dd because then i wont be tempted to build that too haha

Not an update, but spent 2.5 hours the other day cleaning this bitch, and even though its stock i decided to take some photos.

Used my girlfriends camera and took some amateur shots and she edited them for me.

Not bad, interior shots kinda suck though ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

looks clean! I think you should go with 25% tint all around with curtains on the back windows, in my opinion would look sickest! love the LS-400's, especially dropped with camber. like to see where this is taken!

thanks man! and ya im either gonna go 5% all around with curtains or this new tint ive seen thats clear and looks like no tint but it blocks over 70% of the suns rays but its expensive

Just do 60% up front and 50" all the way around in the rear and do curtains. I think it would look better than what is currently on there.

Look into the huper optic stuff, it has a stupid name but doesn't affect phones and gps's.

By california law, any window tint to the immediate left or right of the driver is illegal, but you can usually get away with it.

Temecula cops are super anal about tint, so if you do decide to tint it dark, try not to get pulled over. They don't care about things 50% or over usually.

damn! $150 for a shift knob?!?! haha ill eventually get a legit woodgrain shift knob, the blue moon is just temporary for looks until i eventually go full VIP on this bitch

5% is fucking dark. Anything below 25% really is just asking to get pulled over, plus its horrible for visibility. Trust me I have 20% all around and you absolutely cannot see my car well enough to tell what's going on in there in full sunlight. If its cloudy or dark out my windows just blend in with the paint. If i were you i would just get the front windows tinted dark enough to match the rears and the back. That will be cheap and look a lot better than mismatched tints

Don't want to give anything away, but I just made a purchase today. And the only info I'm giving is that they are nice!!

Also, i had some plans to buy a built DD later this year, but due to money issues i can't. so now all the money is going into the LS for a full VIP build!

expect some more updates within the next couple months!
