Just back from getting the car aligned, made a huge difference on the drive back and my steering wheels is straight now too! That's pretty much all the mechanical things sorted on the car now, although I still have to service it.

They didn't bother touching the camber since the bolts were super rusted on

May or may not have raced some kids home last night. Went so fast my car decided to fall apart. Now the indicator has a sweet tyre mark on it. Either that or something hit it

Lol that has happened to me twice in the last two weeks. The clips are broken on my indicator so when you go over bumps, brake etc it slides forwards

Yeah mine are broken too But looking at it closer, I think something must have hit it as the wing is dented and chipped, right on the edge. So I'm getting it repaired next week

Wow some great photos dude.

I need to get my alignment done as well, and get my bonnet latch fixed. My steering wheel has been at an angle when straight i have just got used to it lol

Yeah mine had been squint for a while, did feel weird at first having a steering wheel that was actually pointing straight!

Made a small repair to the wing today. Picking the car up again tomorrow afternoon

Car is painted, picking it up in about an hour or so. Will get some photos at the weekend.

Not much to report as of late, but I did reach 140K in the car the other night. Girl is getting on abit!



Car will be put into winter mode shortly, as we are expecting snow soon...apparently anyway. So progress will be slow.

I will however be collecting a few parts over winter to fit in the spring - New door cards, stereo, speakers etc to finish off the interior. I'm also planning on doing some light engine work as well, so I'll be sourcing a new/used head and 328 exhaust system.
