I dont really have much for now but I feel its a good start. This is my first real build, at least in a car world. I'm in love with this car, I received it from the original owner through a Craigslist ad in 8/2012. This is where its come since.
First day I got the car, it was such a dream haha. To even have a unabused 5 speed S14 here is such a rarity.

But the one thing that doesn't change with 240's is smog. Jeeez. An O2 sensor, a knock sensor, and a borrowed cat later....

So I drove it.. and drove it...and loved it the way it was.....

BUT as we all know, cars will never be finished. About 300 miles after my oil change I ran into a problem with my valve cover gasket. So I took the initiative to get a new one some paint and start the removal process and cleaning process.
Off.

Prep

Primer

First coat of paint

And finished product after some dremeling of letters and a good solid clear coat

In the car

And then I caught the "stanceslamlowerdumpyourcarsyndrome" so I started saving and I ordered my first set of coilovers.
Some days later and a knock at the door

So I got to work. and lowered the vehicle. Unfortunately I don't have any in process shots :/
Only thing I have is the comparison to my old strut spring set up.

A good wash afterwards

It lowered the car A LOT well in my mind it was a lot. So much the tire started to burn into the wiring harness to the car.
So some cutting and fabing up lol

And as it sits I still need some suspension arms to get it all aligned perfect. I have perfect toe all the way around and perfect camber up front but the rear is at -4 degrees which I'm dying to 0 out. So these are the last shots I have of the car as it sits.
I gained a friend lol

I hope you enjoyed what I have so far. I have SOOO much more to come. Thank you for reading an tuning in.
