Think I might need to invest in a skid plate ASAP. Just smacked the shit out of what I'm assuming was either the oil pan or cat... Will investigate tom.. Stay tuned

Nope, it doesn't hit or bang when driving only when attempting to maneuver over speed bumps, so I think I will leave it where its at and just put a skid on so I can slide over without fear or breaking the dumb aluminum pan... e30 failOriginally posted by Rob&co View Postohhh no! have you raised the motor yet?
The Gottis will be on probably in the next couple weeks... Im already bored of the Type A's. And I have adapters and everything for them already. The 15's will have to wait until I get a skid plate so then I can toss some sparksOriginally posted by scweet14 View Postfor an e30 i personally think 16s would be good, but if you want to go really low then go 15s, but whatever size you chose, just chose the gottis

I love my 15's and i love my washers that raised the motor! lol i just need to get my front off and dew the dew! After i mod the front in a few weeks i will need a few more washers lol!
But i like the A's i been looking in my area for days!
Fair warning, i seen my buddy hit a rock that pushed its self threw the skid and the pan! So the skid plate actually did all the mess to the pan not even the rock lol!

I think Ive mastered the oil pan problem as long as I go straight over speed bumps it clears with no issue. So use to having to finagle over bumps in the Merc but the E30 is a whole different scenario. I might rasie it and I will step down to 15's this summer. Need more money for more adapters and tires... and the skid plate which I will reinforce with something to keep crap from hopping up under it, but not too many rocks laying around in DC ha.Originally posted by Rob&co View PostI love my 15's and i love my washers that raised the motor! lol i just need to get my front off and dew the dew!
