  • Accord CD9 daily drive

Hi there, as shown on my intro here is my daily drive, an Honda Accord CD9 coupe 2.L

It was lowered on Zenky suspensions

And those are rims i'm trying to fit on...

    BBS RS replica 17x9 ET22

I say "triying" cause as you can see i definitly need more negative camber!

So after making some research on the web i found that Civic EF upper arm control fitting on CD chassis, the just being shorter so the had more negative camber, and many use skunk2 UCA camber kit

With the corection put at full positif it apparently provide a -3.5/-4 ° camber depending on lowered so big rims can fit on without killing fenders!

but for the rear i'm still not realy sur of my choice.... Eibach camber or SPC ... I see some members here that tried both of them so if they can tell me wich one may be the best to put more negative camber...

And for the futur i certainly put black head light, smoke rear one's and that's all!

Actually, those wheels are BBS RC's (090 or something like that), also known as BMW Style 5's (made by BBS) and they're not RS replicas

And those are pretty similar by the way...

Anyway is there any Accord's owner that can help me for my camber problem...
I already send PM to 2 member that put SPC and Eibach rear camber kit i'm waiting for response

Im a former CB9 owner (look at my old thread) but check into the wicked camber kit. Also, those tires are a little big. Idk, if you are but a roll and pull will help tremendously.. Nimo is running 18x10s on your CD body

so you would rather run more negative camber than use skinnier tires w/ less camber on a DD? IMO, your tires are big. change to a little bit smaller tire w/ bit more stretch and run less camber to save your tires since it's a DD.

and you mentioned you didn't kill front fenders but rear you'll roll w/ pipe method? i'm not saying it won't work, but would be cleaner if you use a roller and loads of heat.

i don't want to change tires, those are brand new, if i put skinnies tires more streched i'll take the risk do damage rims on potholes or shits likes that...

I don't roll fenders, not yet. I don't have roller fender, i have many friends of mine that roll them fenders with pipe method and they prefer it than roller fender, it makes better result and easier, and they use heat gun with pipes

As i see a little more negative camber, some pull/roll fenders and its gonna fit

those tires are kinda big, you could run a 35 series with the same strech and not have to worry about potholes really.

And pipes are way worse then a fender roller, not better and easier at all.

Even with more aggressive camber, with those tires there will still be major running. Simply the sidewall is too fat and will rub with your offsets on those reps. The non rolled fender will cut chunks out of your tire everything you hit a bump.

run as much camber as possible, daily the car.looking at your pix i'll guesstimate -6 camber in rear to clear the quarter panels. flip tires due to camber wear in 4-6 mos. change new smaller tires before the year ends. good luck.
