Just pick up an FD rx7 rear diffuser, if it works on an elantra, a miata, and basically any other car out there it should work on your truck.

Do it after you check out the s2k diffuser first though and get some mock up pics.

I did I minor test fit, their gonna look awesome.

But I forgot double sided tape, and regular tape lol
