Is that their highest setting, and can the shock be extended more, if so how much?

Yep, theyre weld on. Thats the lowest you can take the shock body without compressing the shock. For reference though, the ground controls next to them have shortened housings and that height was what my car was at (give or take an inch). I want to say the shocks can go up like 5-6 inches higher.

Figured I'd update this. Lots of changes that you can't see. Switched to Broadway Static Coilovers, Got a Big Brake Kit, Changed all the rubber lines to stainless steel and replaced all the power steering and brake hydroboost stuff (huge pain) and got a cat back fabbed up. Oh and finally manual swapped it. All thats left is for my Ground Control sway bar links to come in then I can throw those on and the car should be mechanically done (till I save enough money for a Bimmerheads m30 head). Then its onto the interior and exterior. For the interior I picked up some reclinable sparcos that I'm planning on dying all black and I might dye the carpet black. For the exterior I need to wash/buff/wax and see whats salvageable.The car looks nasty cause it hasn't been washed in MONTHS but the paint looks good minus the hood and the poor front valence.
