I'm not arguing, It's a known fact that the stock foxbody suspension sucks dick. Now it's not so bad because I have coilovers, which take a shitload of tension off of the control arms.

I don't mean to sound like an irresponsible idiot, but I've caught air a few times since having cut my control arms and everything is still perfectly in line.

If you don't like what I'm doing, then don't read my thread.

The engineers did a shitty job on the suspension design anyway, using 1960's geometry. The structural integrity designed into the arms was unnecessary overkill the minute my coilovers went on.

Thanks, man. Yeah, that's what I'm gonna do is prove them wrong about my control arms. I understand everyone's concern, but the stock control arm is beefy as hell, so It doesn't bother me. I'm no noob, I know about cars and safety, I'm a technician at a dealership (not trying to brag, I'm not one of those asshole techs, lol).

I'm drifting on a 3rd and 4th gear road course Sunday, so we'll all see just how strong my control arms are. (I'm bringing uncut spares in case of emergency, lol)

I wanna see it with all 4 wheels on already, rob a bank or something geez.
Thanks, I try to keep it looking decent. The top end is GT40 stuff painted black and I tucked most of the wires. I don't really like it flashy, just clean and simple.

I wish I didn't curb the one rim, because it would be on all 4. But FRSport said they don't have my rims because they're on backorder or discontinued or something. I want to get the XXR 531 ccw classic knock-off rims 18x9.5 20mm front and 19x10 35mm rear, but they're also on backorder for 4 months........ ghey... I'm gonna check with NL Motoring next paycheck.

But a 18, 19 stagger would look mean as hell IMO. I didn't realize how much bigger the rear wheel arch is than the front until I tried my front 18x9.5 35mm in the rear... It would look much more even with 19's in the back.

BTW guys, I just got my SFI approved racing harnesses in the mail today. I'm still working on fabbing the harness bar. Hopefully it'll be ready by Sunday.

Actually my fiberglass hood isnt compatible with the stock latch. I really dislike the hood pins. The cut control arms are for better steering lock. (so that one actually is because racecar, lol)

I get a lot of compliments on my car, actually.
I took my hood off because I took my front clip off and have yet to put it back on because I'm painting it right now.
My engine is neither dirty, nor stock. I detail it every 2 weeks (I live in a dusty desert). True, everything up top is all manufactured by ford, but it never came stock on a mustang.

How the hell is this dirty?? (sorry for the dark picture)
