Today marks one year since I "finished" this bike. I've put 3000 trouble-free miles on it so far.

There's still a few things I'd like to do with the bike, hopefully I'll have time this summer (new throttle, brake lines, get the seat re-wrapped, get the bike on the dyno to dial in the tune, convert the ignition to coil packs).

Recently, I replaced the headlight with a new LED one, and I'm just now realizing that I never took any pictures. I should probably do that.

I lied, I guess I do have a picture of the new headlight. It's a little blurry from all the Instagram filters though. WAY better light output than that halogen light that was on there.

My throttle cable snapped on the way home the other night. That was fun.

I'm too cheap to get the bike towed, so I turned the idle up to 3000rpm and rode the final 5 miles home in first gear.

At least I got a cool picture out of it.
