Hey guys i thought i would post up some pice of my car. I made an intro thread but not much intrest so i figured i would throw up some pics of my progress. Racelands.****. Merc wheels from the junkyard 17x7.5-8.5 205/40-17 15mm spacers up front 25mm out back.

Yea actually the hood that was on it when i bought the car was f***ed. So i got this hood off a black car. I spent $50 in paint and sprayed it with a good gun...but it turned out like crap so i stripped it down caused i was pissed. Im still not sure if im gonna repaint it or pay to get it done

What are your future plans? Are the wheels and coils the only mods so far? Do you have stock pictures? If people SEE he progress and determination, that will gauge more interest. Otherwise, keep up the work!

This is from when i bought it. The car is pretty beat up but i got it for dirt cheap so thats to be expected. I had i mk3 jetta before and it got totaled so i didnt have too much $ to buy a car. Also its 5speed and that was a must for me. I have lots of plans for the car. Ive only had it for a couple monthes so i havent been able to do that much yet.i need to replace the tail lights and hatch cause the car was rearended. Also i want to do a s4 or rs4 bumper. Im on the hunt for some alphards to put on it as thats my favorite wheel right now. I really dont like these wheels but i found them in the junkyard and only paid 100 for them. And the racelands are only temporary till i get all the air parts i need. I bought them for a quick cheap low but i have them all the way down in the rear and they still arent low enough and they ride like poo at this height

I think you could make the hood work if you made the grinder marks a consistent pattern or even brushed it and then cleared it.

..... or you could always paint it silver.

Looks a lot better but still needs just a solid color for the wheels. All tan. Do it.

I was already thinking all tan but everyone disagreed with me. Well you guys just convinced me to do it. Will have new pics up soon

Im trying to figure out what color to do the lip so you can actually see it and its not just black. Maybe same as the car. I need to research this and see how that looks

IMO, I think you should just do whatever you want and not what everybody else wants.
be different and not the same, i really liked the blue wheels.

the camo wheels arent my cup of tea but they have a nice look to it, lookin to get an audi wagon myself.
