Hey guys, I guess this would be my introduction thread. My name's Shane, and I'm from Halifax, NS, Canada. I don't know if there is anyone from my area on here. I picked up my GTI about two years ago. It's not much of a build thread but more of just the progress of my car over the last 2 years.
Picked it up like this.
-87 000 kms
-Lowered on FK springs
-Magnaflow Cat-back exhaust
-Revo stage 1 chip
Then I picked up some Montreal 2's.
Then I joey modded the headlights, smoked the side and fender markers. And added a 20th/337 lip.
Needed more low, so I picked up some raceland ultimo's.
and some 10mm spacers for the front and 20mm spacers for the rear.
And then she went into winter mode.
Then spring came and I needed some wheels. Working on a budget I picked up some Privat Akzents. Then added a Apr R1 diverter valve and and a magnaflow 2.5 dp.
Picked up some 20th/337 side skirts and painted my rear lip to match.
End result.

And a fall shot.
She'll go into winter mode pretty soon. And then a couple new things for next year. New wheels probably, better coils and all Oem lips. Maybe stage 2.
