Well if you take the dumbass hella part, then no, it is in no way "flush", it is camber sunk.

no. "hella flush is considered super aggressive camber while having the top wheel arch flush with the lip of the rim. this isnt flush either. you have camber. get adapters and maybe deep dish rims and youll be set.

LOL. I think you mean spacers.... no reason for adapters if the wheels are the correct bolt pattern and no need for these "deep dish rims" you speak of. You can be flush with any wheel or "hella" flush.
