  • Awesome to see this back, cant wait to see it finished. Did your car run at all with the rewired harness or did you replace the ECU before starting it. I'm asking because I did the same thing a few months back and my car hasn't run the same since. I have a feeling I might need to replace my ECU....fuck

After I totally rewired the harness, very little changed. The wipes stopped like they were supposed to, and the light's came back on, but the injectors weren't priming, there was not spark, and the fuel pump wasn't priming either.
I was afraid the ECU was blown as a consequence and it would be something else, but the ECU in my car was getting super hot to the touch when you would try to turn it over, replaced it and it runs just fine!
So in your case, could definitely be worth a shot. Just make sure it's year specfic if you can help it. I'm sure there's one swimming around on NASIOC.

Hahahah thanks man, it's definitely tough doing it between school, work and a girlfriend. But I see guys on here that are building way crazier things with more going on, so I'm doing okay I suppose. haha
And there's nothing wrong with cool widebody kits, I just can't afford all that shit! haha

Going out right now to try to do something about those ganadors.

                              • What kind of glazing putty did you use? is it the type, that you just spread on, or do you mix it with a hardener? It just looks awfully red, and if you intend on keeping it white, I think you will be constantly be fighting the red pigment in the putty bleeding back through the paint
