    honestly don't even mind that it hasn't been lowered yet, I'm doing the same thing with my car. spending money on head gaskets before I buy coilovers ect. looks amazing though! so glad you decided to keep the yellow, this car is spot on

    Dear lord people its gonna get lowered i just havnt had that much time. I need to get everything electrical and mechanical to work first

    Alright. Everything Painted. Took Some pics. Right Side grill isn't in yet because im waiting on the fuel gauge. On its way to not looking awful.

    Got a Samsonite suitcase at a junkyard for $1. Cleaned it today.





    And sanded and primed new dash grills. Painting them right now. Photos after they're done and dry.

    depends on what year they are. i just got some original classic beetle dash pieces with the chrome stripping and stuff. Dont really need anything else that is stock.

    There are two aircooleds at the junkyard up here in Cincy area. (Bessler's in Hebron) are there any parts you need/want? I could take a look next time I'm down there.

    see id love to have white walls. portawalls are an option, but to run those you have to grind the rim saver down on the tires im getting. and real whitewalls from coker are like $198 a tire i think. so my solution may be to paint the outer white to give a white wall feel but not have white walls. i could always try the krylon flat white and paint the tires. ive seen that before

    Im having a hard time deciding on wheel colors. Should I go, Black inner and white outer like this?





    Black outers with white inners and just like not run hubcaps



    like this just not browm but black




    or all black, or all white...or red...so hard to choose
