  • Rebuilding an LS400

Well I currently own this LS430

But after a terrible year of nothing going right with the car and spending way too much money on it, I decided to be a little more responsible and sell it to buy a cheaper car. Well I bought a different car and am parting out/selling the other car... if anyone is interested pm me.

    Here is the new car

    On paper it looks good:
accuair e-level with UAS bags over BC coilovers
    Work sc3's
    Lots of toyota oem goodness
    Full LED tails
Lots of audio stuff that I don't really care about
Car is pretty clean for having 190k miles on it and being 17 years old.

Nice. Gonna be interesting to see your take on the Japanese VIP styling. Hope you sort out all that dodgy work the previous owner done.

Loose wires, exposed wires... sounds like one of my buddies who is an "Audio expert" Gotta love it.

I'll be subbing to this. I'm torn between an ls400 or a q45.

        Do work.
It's like rock-crawling... in the streets...

After a good friend of mine almost bought one, and spending a lot of time on VIPStyleCars, I figured out that LS430's are VERY expensive to modify. hahah
Although I really enjoyed yours, I look forward to seeing the new car progress. I'm really into Japanese non-traditional VIP style cars too, like VIP GT style, so I'm hoping to see some wild shit!

                      AMEN!

I dislike american cookie cut vip. Not that my car doesn't pretty much fall into that category (I blame my bank account for that lol) but I know what you mean. I can almost always tell what country a vipcar is from. Looking forward to this build. I expect a nutty custom interior, custom aero, radiused fenders, 19s+, and dat oni.

Had to replace the e-level controller harness because mine was shot. Now the air suspension is actually responding and not freaking out. Am going to try and get most of the trunk set up done tonight.
