This is the thread for my drift build. i got an 89 Cressida totally stock and will be posting updates over the winter and on!

it has the stock 7m which will be in it for a while, until i swap either a 1uz, 1jz, or 2jz depending on what i find. i'll be swapping the trans as well to manual of course, coils, wheels, seats, lots of the interior taken out, and welded diff are my plans as of now.

This is my first performance project so its going to be different.

LOL@ leaving the 7M in it for a while, I can almost guarantee the head gasket will blow within the first 5 or 6 times you drive it. Looks clean though, I would love to build a X8 sometime, they are AWESOME when done right.

That's what ive heard lol, but it has relatively low miles and I'm not gonna be driving it a lot if at all for a while. This will be done a little differently than the x8s I've seen but it will still be right (:
