So i guess its time for bad news, went and took the car to my buddy that does paint at the shop to see how i could take care of the orange peel. Sad part is there is really no way to fix it. Apparently, single stage paint tends to always leave orange peel behind but can usually be sanded. But since mine is metallic, if i try to sand it, it will mess up the flakes and just ruin it. So my only option as of now is to just buff it and live with it until i can get some money and have it painted by him.

The paint looks killer, man. Heaps better.
As for the orange peel, maybe try painting a larger piece of sheet metal (like, I don't know, an old file cabinet) just like you did the car, let it peel and cure, and try sanding that and see what happens. I feel like I've seen many people wet sand metallic paint. It's worth a try at least!
