  • Another stance project - '90 Honda Civic EF sedan.

Suuup forum. I'm pretty new on this one but figured I'd post here cus a lot of people be hatingg on H-T regarding crazy stances and what not, haha. I got myself a 1990 Honda Civic sedan for a G this year. Picked it up from the 1st owner with 125k original miles on the odometer, bone stock. Since then I added few bolt ons, sri intake, headers, and custom 2.5 piping to an ebay n1 style exhaust. Currently sitting on gsr fat fives on stock struts with sprint extreme springs, F3.25 R3.0. Gonna go for the raceland coils with my current springs cus I heard the raceland springs were super long (dfaxson's ef thread).

    Here's some pics!

    The day we met, haha.

    Thanks for looking!

Did some test fitting today. Pre-roll/ pull. Getting all fenders rolled and pulled tomorrow for $130.
        XXR 002s 15x9 et0 195/50

Tried driving on it and it rubbed so hard that it ripped out every single fender liner, haha. So I have to roll on the fat fives for one more day.

Diggin the sedan, and about the raceland coils, when I had my wagon I had the rokkor coilovers. They supposedly had stiffer spring rates than the raceland's and they got me plenty low. I had them all the way down and this is what it sat like. IMO I would try out the raceland springs for a week or so to let them settle and if they're too high then put your lowering springs on (I say this because the springs are built to spec for the shocks). The rears may need to be cut as they weren't low enough in the rear for me, but I sold the wagon before I was able to . Also, you may need to get new front forks for the raceland coils off of a 92-95 civic. Here's a comparison of when I was on Tokico blues with Tien lowering springs and then with the Rokkor full coilovers.

Car looks great btw! keep up the good work!

Thanks dude! So the springs was the first picture and the coils were on the second one? Cus if it's the second one then that's great cus that's a pretty nice drop. You're wagons dope man. My favorite of the EFs. Wagon > Sedan > Crx & Hatchbacks

Yes, the first picture I had Tien lowering springs and the second picture I had the Rokkor full coilovers. I really liked the wagon, but I needed something more reliable so it is gone now. Starting to miss it haha

The only thing lower than my standards is my truck.

Got my fenders pulled and rolled today, here's how I sit for now. A little too much poke for me so I'm going to try and camber them just a bit to tuck a little. Looks super aggressive though.
