Today was the first real drive for the car, 180 mile round trip. 99% highway, 30 minutes of stop & go traffic, sunroof poped, windows cracked, and 85+ degree temps. Car did perfect and averaged about 22mpg. I think without the massive traffic jam, the mpg would have been significantly higher.

Just a question, are you running the fan's through the switches directly? Cause that's what's killing 'em, running them via a relay solves that. If you already do, never mind...
