I need help!!!
I went to test fit the wheels today and the adapters I have in the rear are deep enough that my sockets cant grip enough of the lug nuts holding the adapter on to remove them... I ended up rounding a few of them and stopped there as I didnt want to cause problems with any of the other corners of the Lex.
Any ideas?

The simplest thing to try would be to take a junk socket and grind the outside down until it would fit. If you take off too much it could weaken the walls to the point it would crack. So only take enough off to get a good bite on the nut. ha!! If it's so deep the the stud wants to stick out the hole in the end of the socket, the only thing to do is find a hella deep well socket or a socket that has a bolt head cut into the top of it.Last edited by R32SilviaTech; 07-16-2013, 12:17 AM.

Turbo socket ftw. Basically a socket with a reverse cut milled into it. You can hammer it onto the fubar'ed nut and then use a breaker bar/ratchet to get that motherfucker off. Saved my ass many a time.
