awesome progress so far. how did you do the headliner? since our cars don't have a conventional headliner that you can "wrap"

In for headliner pics. And a skid plate is a great investment. Used mine many times already. It's fun to throw sparks and know the undercarriage isn't suffering from it. I don't even scrape exhaust in my e28 like I did my e21. I love it

I might make my own plate or just raise my motor or just suck it up and stop being a cheap bastard and just buy one next week I almost destroyed my oil pan on my way to work today and i plan on going even lower with the car so i'm defiantly gonna need one of them suckers for sure! Throwing sparks makes me happy.

Throwing sparks makes me happy too haha. That headliner looks pretty good. I'm still on the fence on whether to do mine or not. I wish it was a headliner you could wrap and reinstall, because I'm confident to do that. But not so much on the floating headliner

Yeah stock exhaust, and I'd say I'm pretty damn low. Don't ask me how it doesn't scrape because I'm baffled by it too haha

                      I don't scrape exhaust, but that's because I don't have one.... anymore.

My wheels are et35, with 50mm spacers all around(really proud of that...) for a final offset of -15.

There are lots of e28s in the junkyards in Portland, you'll find a door and hood quick. Probably in bronzit as well.

Coming along nicely! Can't wait to see the wheels on.

Portland is a pretty cool place, you can put a bird on setting and call it art
