so many memories . i have like 5 of these things lol . i used to body drop them over the chassis so i could still race it . used to have one that went 35-40mph
Way easier way and something that would look way better is to modify the body to sit lower while keeping the chassis at the functional height.
I used to play with these things all day.
Ive seen body dropped Xmods and their pretty cool. But, I just don't think the illusion is better than the actually thing. Sure by dropping the body you can go lower because your not sacrificing the suspension which would lead to the frame laying and in return would make it incapable of "driving". But damn laying plastic frame looks so good.
Thought this was so cool, decided to ridiculously drop my dusty old RC car as well. The based god mobile Lamborghini Supperleggera.
Running stretched tires in the rear, tiffany blue rims, and camber at -1,000. Tried to take some rolling shots, but rubs so badly it doesn't move.
@Kinghorn - That's cool dude, post some more pictures of it if you have any. I feel being the inspiration for your "build" even though I'm not the first to ever do this.

#tybg!
GIVE ME A SCREW DRIVER I CAN START A JAG, I DONE START A LAMBORGHINI WITH A POLICE BADGE
I think your 350 Z's better, but only because it actually runs . The Lambo isn't an X-Mod, i think it was like a knock off brand so the car was cheap... and slow, so everything I did was ghetto. But thanks for the quick little inspiration, great way to spend a few hours.
