sooo i picked up an e30 about a month ago. it was pretty cheap due to the condition it was in. the previous owner had tried to make it a "racecar" lol
heres what it looked like when i got there
there were a lot of dents everywhere and he had done a pretty bad job trying to cover it up with body filler. the car also had a 5 dollar paint job done with spray cans.
so it wasnt exactly the greatest car. but the engine ran strong. the transmission shifted good. and it had a new 4.10 lsd
brought it home later that day (nos stickers
)
because i bought it from manassas, where ricey cars are everywhere, it had a super mad jdm spray painted air filter... yes.. he actually painted the filter itself
heres a pic where you can see poor attempt at body filler. also broken bumper covers.
so i drove it around for a little bit in this state. had a first attempt at drifting lol

picked up some basket weaves for cheap. replaced bumper covers. removed lame ass stickers
since then i have replaced idle control valve, throttle position sensor, and rewired starter (these were due to some electrical and mechanical problems i ran into earlier)
ive also done oil change, oil filter, and fuel filter, and a few other little things here and there.
i should be picking up some h&r's later this week so i should have it lowered for h2o. but thats about it for now. heres some pics of how she is currently sitting
