  • 97 Honda civic on bags

    yo,,
heres a small build process of my 97 honda civic...

i got the car with a rear knock.. fixed it up and decided to give the car a fresh coat of paint..

    BEFORE

now sprayed and fitted with Airlift Bags in the front only... wheels are 15x8 et15 with 185/55 tyres

still alot more mods to come

looks good, but I think if you're going to just have bags in front, the rear should be a lot lower.

What tank, compressor, etc are you using? Is it a manual set up? Where did you end up mounting your gauge and switches? And how/where did you mount your airlines?

Bagging a civic with meaty tires and race inspired wheels really clashes in my book.

          Love the actual car though

i cant get myself to understand the concept of running single bellow bags (junk imo) on teh front of a civic that probably handle awful and do t seem to go as low as coils... not trying to be a dick just wondering why i guess haha

Has potential but I highly recommend new bags cause those are definitely not doing it right.

yes the tires are chunky and im working on getting something better, i live in South Africa and the goods we have are so limited that we dont have much to work with...

The reason i cant use double bellow bags is due to the fact that hondas like this quite simply cant fit them due to the restricted space in the shock towers... the upper control arm/ upper camber arm isnt wide enough. therefore we can only use single bags...

i did alittle more customizing and i went a tiny bit lower.. tyres are still ugly and a problem which im gna sort out

fitted 16" 8j +15 wheels and fit rather nice
