Just folded the metal over and beat it down with a hammer. I drive it everday and its held up fine.

Havent made as much progress as i would like, but i put my corners lights in and switched grills to snap some pics.

I decided the front fender was to beat up to fix, so i picked up a new one from the junkyard

I also started making a fiberglass front splitter, so itll be fun to see how long it hold ups.

So in between fixing some small things and workinv on bodywork i decided to change up the headlights again using led spot lights for my high beams.

And i also got the rear coilovers in and lowered it down.

As of now the only things left to do if finish up bodywork, get it sanded down and off to paint.

So ive finally got the new wheels mounted and got it to the point where it rode great. good alignment and no bouncing

after that i put in some new struts and it rode perfectly. shortly after that i finally got around to installing my camber plates which raised my car nearly 2 inches. so i just lowed it back down took it for a test drive and now its bounce city. Im guessing the plates reduced suspension travel to much or what not so i decided to shorten my stuts and picked up some vw strut inserts

havent put them on yet ill probably get around to it this weekend. im still in the process of getting it prepped for a paint respray. after that ill be revising my side splitters, finally putting the rear diffuser on and changing up my headlights again lol.

im in love with this build.
Girlfriend had one of these as her daily and i kept trying to convince her to stop her work on her mk2 and lower the daily but she wouldnt listen and instead is selling it because she replaced it with an S60R.

So my front spacer, new lugs, and tire should be here this week. The plan is to get the new wheels installed on saturday. So far just the camber plates have showed up.
