The brown was refreshing but it made me realize how much i missed the full polish.

After that i bought some style 5s off my brother. love the way they look. however i decided the style 5/rs has been done to many times on s70 so i traded them for a full set of style 19s( i already have a pair of 17x9 style 19s)

My car had other plans however. cause soon after that my master cylinder sprung a leak, my paint started falling off, my thermostat gave up, power steering pump stopped working, and my radiator started leaking. On top of that i managed to shatter both my cv axles within the same week. so i decided it was best to sell the wheels and focus on getting the car running good again.

Got both of the axles replaced. shitty autozone axles but they got a lifetime warrenty so im not complaining. ordered most of my parts. the master cylinder and radiator should be here this week.
also started doing some body work to prepare for paint.
also picked up some jewel headlights from the junkyard. ive been searching for these lights for about 2 years now.

Whichs brings us to present day.

Well now my plans for import alliance and sowo hopefully i finish in time lol
    charcoal suede headliner and pillars
    rear seat delete
    partial repaint (same color)
aerocatch hood fasteners (some chick backed into my car so the hood doesnt close completely)
    bumper quick release
    side skirts
    rear diffuser
    new taillights (mine are cracked)
    repolish wheels
    wideband afr gauge
    obx header
    lower front
    lower rear
    front spacers
delete some stuff under the hood.
    delete antenna
    tsx-r projector lenses
We shall see how it turns out.

Damn i suck at updating lol. sooo heres some pics from ia 2014. it was pretty epic, found some nice places to take pics on the way back.

on the way home from work one day i managed to hit a box on the highway and ripped my lip off. along with part of my bumper

after that i got tired of my flowmaster rattling and decided to chop it off and finally get some twin tips.

Decided it was time to change up the wheel color again. thought brown would look good so i rocked that for a bit.

Found more woodgrain at the junkyard, so finish up my interior.

along with more random broken or missing pieces that fell off my car.

got my thermometer to work again!
Not sure why i thought i was a good idea but i drove offroad a bit to take sum pics. managed to rip off my fuel line. patched it up for a bit until i got a replacement.

Both my upper strut mounts called it quits. so in came replacements.

got tired of looking at my dirty trunk floor. picked up some cheap wood flooring for a new trunk.

I used to have an silver S70, it's cool to see someone doing one up. I loved those big exhaust tips on it! So out of character for a Volvo!

Getting closer to import alliance i decided to remove the yellow from my high beams, and paint the corner lights amber. I also picked up a rotary buffer to try my hand at paint correction.

For the corners i painted about 7 coats with tamiya transparent orange found in hobby shops, than cleared with krylon. Than it was wet sanded with 1000,1500,2000,and 2500 grit to remove the orange peel. Than buffed with ultimate compound, and polishing compound. I didnt take a pic when i finished though.

Nope i used the metalcast on my taillights. Its transparent, but if you keep adding coats itll tint the tailight darker red.

For the projectors and highbeams i used Krylon Stained Glass paint.

Couple months after that I went to a meet and saw a car with pink projector lenses. I figured yellow would be a better fit. So using the rest of my stained glass paint i tinted the lenses. Couple weeks later i got tired of my sagging bumper, im still a long ways off from being able to afford the R bumper so i bought the bumper quick releases and color matched them.

After that i bought the subaru s204 front lip and colormatched it. Finished up the fenders and painted them. It still looked pretty bad but it was much better than before. Got tired of the yellow stripped it off and picked up some 5k bulbs. By now it was getting close to Import Alliance spring meet. So i headed to the junkyard to pick up a few missing parts.
