Thanks lambo !...
Reviving this old thread haha....so much has changed in the build over the last year at Composimo's ! The bike is at my good friend Jays shop in Long Island ny. Where the final assembly, paint, wiring and some minor details will be taken care of. Here are some more teasers till then. All of which are "First's" to be done on a ruck.
MSD coil
260mm disc + Frando hf4 6-pot caliper on a 12x4 wheel
Ohlins rear strut
Here's a quick vid my brother in law took of it a few days ago when I finally got a chance to see the bike in person.
Sorry it's taken so long to post stuff up, over the next couple of months there will be a lot more updates hopefully.

Tiny update, but the bike is pretty much done...... :|
And while it's been almost 3 years in the making, it's kinda bittersweet.. In a way I'll kind of miss the 'process' of getting the bike to where it is now.
Any ways, motor is pretty much buttoned up. Z125 zuma swap, bored and stroked to 203cc's. Literally everything down to the torque driver has been beefed up. So I'm extremely anxious to see how it performs.
And of course some old pics of the frame
Stay tuned for finished pics....and some final words.

Haven't updated it here in ages. Bike is still at my buddy Jays shop in L.I. (Makoa Scooters). All that's pretty much left to do is get a header made.......
Here's a shot of my throttle/master cylinder/turn signal setup. Running biltwell throttle and grips Kevin over at Steady Garage sent over. A Frando 7nb master cylinder setup w/ matching cnc reservoir cap and bracket. And motogadget disc turn signals.
And here's a quick video of my Motogadget m-lock keyless start system and disc blaze turn signals in action.

Here's a crappy pic of the finished product. Debuted it today at the 'smoky mountain crawl' in TN.

Haven't posted here for a minute. Figured I'd update the thread with some recent pics. Bike has been tuned for a few months and rides really great. Could definitely use a bigger IM/TB setup and perhaps a bigger header. But I'm likely going to keep everything as is for now. Even without the cowl, this thing is too low for nyc.
Oh, I also recently bought a C3 for dirt a few weeks ago. It won't anything too crazy...hoping to make it be perfect "daily"
