I'm fortunate enough to own one of these old girls myself, an '88 Carrera 3.2. We have gone down a similar path with updating the engine and body.

Are you still planning on different wheels and maybe changing the body up a bit?? And if you do would you back date or update it totally? I'm hoping to rebuild a set of Oz Futuras for mine early next year.

Thanks for the support. I appreciate the kind words.
I’m pretty fond of the body and refinement of the 964 styling, but I will switch wheels eventually. Hopefully something deeper in the back. Futuras would be a beautiful combo. I like 5 spoke with lip.
The body could be updated as well, but I’m not in any rush. The longer I have the car, the more i appreciate the minor details and character of the car.
