    Nice first car you got there! You'll never forget it.

    Didn't knew the first US-facelifts still had the phase 1 bumpers on them. In Europe, the '88 models had the facelift bumpers already (they also had those 'cat-eyes' headlights btw, without the 'smiley'). If mine wasn't a 318is, I'd put chrome bumpers on it as I prefer the pre-facelift look. (my first E30 was an '86 bronzitbeige 316 carb four-door).


    You should also clay and detail your car to bring back the red color instead of the pink-ish look it has now sometimes (or maybe it's cause of the bad photo quality).

    I picked up some bilistein front struts pretty much new for 30$

    So much better than the cheap Jom struts!

    Thanks man and its on jom coilovers which I would recommend if you just wanna lower your car but wouldnt if you want to make your car more for performance.

    yeah, I just never really considered my car "low" so i never thought it would happen. But that bump was huge, a couple stock height cars killed there oilpans as well on the same spot

    Everybody has to at least crack an oil pan at least once in their life if they call there car's "low", its like going through puberty and having your balls drop... except our balls don't crack open and leak oil every were. Mazal Tov!
