nice. im eventually going to shave my engine bay, but i want to keep A/C so ive been looking into an electric compressor. i would gain power too.

so you just cutting down the metal where there isnt thread? or adding more thread to go lower?

Exactly! Its going to save me alot of time and effort.

Also, i didnt post this up yet, but ive started to shave my bay of some items.

Finished taking out the stock air box, wiper reseivore, cruise control, and next weekend the ac is being taken out.

welp. took out my air struts today to see if i can modify them to go lower, again. looks like i can!!!

i just need to use the lathe at my work, turn it down on the top to clear the strut, and tap the rest of the lower strut mount. which i need a 26x1.5 tap to do so. should be pretty easy!
