  • e82 135i .

well im going to do a little run down from the beginning to the current state of her 2009 e82 135i n54 . 3.0L i6 TT

    --
    ok so stock :

    --
then added the bmw performance gloss black grill and red emblem overlays

    --
then added the intake scoops in the grills

    --
then did some performance goodies .. AFE dual cone intake with heat shield , active autowerke chargepipe and blow off valve , riss racing oil catch can ,berk race exhaust , active autowerke 3' catless downpipes , and lastly a jb4 tune

    --
    and another stock height shot

    --
next came suspension . i went with ST coilovers.

    --
a couple months went by i did a pull on the highway with some friends since i dont have a speed limiter anymore i turned up the boost to 18.5psi and wanted to see what the limits were well i had it pinned at 160 still reving out gps showed 178MPH .. after that pull car was acting funky had a decent boost leak so did some further searching and i found the problem that damn BOV took it apart and it looks like the pressure was to much for it all the insides where crushed and mangled .. so next day ordered a brand new TIAL Q and a new Evolution Racewerkes chargepipe

    --
after that i got some wheels ! nothing special there was a deal going on for vmr vb3's so i ordered a set

    --
oh yeah and i bought a bigger front mount! got the new Active Autowerke front mount intercooler

.... heres a comparison picture of stock and upgraded -

    --
after a couple months with this new setup i was rubbing hard in the rear :'( ... so time for some rolling

after the roll no rub not even with a full car

    --
some more time passed . i had all the performance mods for car so i was just focusing on little things and cosmetics now ... i got my hands on the BMW Performance steering wheel all alcantara this thing is amazing !!

    --
also got the new P3 vent integrated boost/iat/afr/coolant temp/0-60 times/oil temp/egt Gauge i love it soo convenient and looks oem

    --
    current car height -
IMO too high .. yes i had a front lip on it ''HAD'' spent $500 on a lip i had for 1 whole day .. first time on the highway hit 1 bump then boom thing was toast .

    --
my wheels got boring really fast . first of all they are super common on bmw's damn csl's so i decided to make mine a little flashier . ordered a Macht Schnell stud conversion kit and some neo-chro lug nuts -

    --
and this has been my setup for the past couple months .. i get bored very easily and i think its time for a different look soo im going for a more stancey look ... im currently awaiting my shipment from ccw for classics
ordered the 18' ccw classic with the brushed bright clear finish ... specs are as follow's

cant wait for some nice stretch and poke and flushness

    --
oohh woops forgot to post this most recent picture of my bay !

    --

a small company made a couple of these strut bars for the 1-series never made enough to mass produce so i was one of the testers for it and got to keep it . i still have the factory stut bar which cross from the hubs to the firewall so its basically just stacked on top . so im guessing it should be pretty reliable

Now THAT is how an exhaust should look. Mufflers are for old people.
