Nope, we planned it lol. It was just easier than pulling all the old stuff off or trying to source another GOOD fender. Very happy with how it came out though!

lol thanks. The absolute worst. Maybe if was had more time it would have gone a little more smoothly, but with only a week's worth of time...I wouldn't wish that on anyone haha.

Thanks! I was drooling over yours as well. New wheel plans are just something wider. Was hoping to go CCW if they ever start making new designs. If not, a trade for something a little wider is fine with me. That combined with a little more low will finally make me happy lol.

As I'm sure some of you already knew, my car is now bright ass blue. I ended up getting the new wheels on / getting the car wrapped before Southern Worthersee in May. It's called "Vivid Blue" and the best way to describe it would be a mix between Nogaro Blue (Audi) and Jazz Blue (VW). It's probably not everyone's cup of tea...but the old paint was getting pretty rough. This is temporary until I can get the car in a paint booth next year for a color change. We had a blast at SoWo this year and I'm counting down the days until 2013!

Wheels will be up for sale / for trade shortly, if anyone is interested. I don't really know a good asking price, since these are pretty rare in 18's. I was the first person to mount tires on these, since their production in 1990, and they've been sitting in a garage ever since them (got them in the original boxes too lol). If you're seriously interested, please PM me and we can talk price / trades and all of that.
