    hey guys and girls, thought id get a thread up of my gtr that ive been working on now for 15 months. it wasnt the nicest when i bought it so i wanted to tidy it up a bit. one thing led to another and i ended up doing a full bare shell rebuild. its not quite finished yet and a stroke of bad luck hit me last week, the car just got road legal and then the clutch blew up! ah well the joys of fast cars i guess. i still have to fit the new bonnet and i also have a oem style carbon spoiler, abflug carbon splitter, nismo carbon bonnet lip, keys steering wheel, top secret gear knob and new interior gaitors to go on.

    here is the car as it is now, oh and sorry for the bad pics. its off an iphone.























    specs are:

    stage 1 rb26,
    apexi filters,
    hks gaskets,
    hks downpipe,
    kakimoto straight through exhaust,
    decat,
    boost restricter removed,
    janspeed ecu,
    orc twin plate clutch,
    arc bov,
    abs removed,
    air con removed,
    hycas removed,
    carbon canister removed,
    oem bov recirculating system removed,
    wire tucked and smoothed engine bay,

    think thats about it lol. got loads more planned this winter as im starting a small side buisness making custom carbon fibre parts and my car will be the test ride for them.

    oh and just thought id add, the last pic of how it is now, with the blue rope attached is just after having the wheels aligned. probably not as stanced as everyone would like it but gotta be able to handle well sorry. i think it does need some 20mm spacers on the rear though.

                  Are you going to put the oem spoiler back on ? I think that & a rear diffuser would complete this

                    yeah ive got a carbon fibre version of the oem spoiler to go on. pick it up this wkend. cant wait because i **** 32s without spoilers. couldnt afford the diffuser at the moment but one will be on there in the future.

                        small update. car is visually complete now. well for stage 1 anyway.

                        correct bonnet fitted. carbon splitter and spoiler fitted.

                            cheers fella. i still have a set of tbo sideskirts to paint and fit. these will bring the side level down to the same height as the standard front splitter. then im getting r34gtr nismo style carbon sideskirt add ons to bolt on underneath them. that then will match the level of the new carbon front splitter.
