I have had my mx-5 for almost a year now, I bought it when I was 19, due to high insurance costs and low income its not a baller, swag, sick JDM build yo! Just what I can afford to do.
The car is an imported Mazda Eunos Roadster S-Limited which comes with LSD, front strut brace, Bilstein shocks, a/c, electric windows (although painfully slow), Nardi steering wheel, red leather seats, red carpet and red dash/door cards. Seats needed and still need recovering as they are tatty from 20 years of use and abuse.
Here is when I first got it:

First "mod" was to relocate that horrific numberplate...

It was fairly clean

So I started buying bits when I managed to scrape the money together. Best purchase was getting a new bumper painted and smoothed by my good friend Neil.
Old bumper was a bit tatty:

Took most of the day (don't ask) but it looked much better afterwards.

Next up was a de-tango

next up was the lows! And yes I am aware that I have the cheapest coilovers EVAR!

Had a bit of a fight with the ol' bilsteins

Fav pic of the car:
