So I stripped the radiator today... it went good and bad. Bad in the fact that it didnt come out all shiny brass like I had hoped. Good in the fact that its a bit patina'd so it actually looks pretty decent. I dont know if Im going to keep it this way, but it will for awhile. I did come across the flat black spray paint so if I dont like it I can respray.

    Oics:

Yes. If its something you really want, I don't care about shipping it overseas. Always willing to help out those Down Under. I had a blast when I was in Perth:

Yeah the bay and trunk are the original color. The whole car will get repainted the mint color whenever I decide it's ready for paint.

Oh ok... Now I understand. I get a lot of people telling me to paint the car haha

Well, the other items I had in the oven are done so now it's just the waiting game until I install more freshly powder coated pieces.

I think that gorgeous minty color is what makes the car.

Haha sweet! Yeah I spent a week in Perth last year... Was awesome as it was St. Patricks day. Spent the night in Rosie O'Gradys. Good times. That picture above was actually part of the drunken walk back to our hotel room... Hence the inappropriate statue molestation (sorry about that).

Installed pictures once I get new caps for everything (radiator, oil, and overflow)

Rad looks good I like the patina style. Is there any way you could polish it?

Yeah, it's possible. I'd have to use a few different steel wools and then finish it up with some Never Dull or polishing compound. Easy, but time consuming.
