I have to say that I absolutely love this car. I hope I'll see you rolling around at some point or another.
I personally would keep the Salt Flats the same colour as the mustang wheels you currently have on. I think it really compliments the car a lot more then the darker colour. But hey, that's probably just me.

Why did You go for the acrylic paint?
Not that I don't like it, it looks good.
Even though the car will be updated just about completely, I still want it to have a "vintage" feel. This car is gonna be my daily, so I didn't want the exterior too nice where I'd have to baby it. I want the engine compartment to be like a jewelry box and the engine to be like a big diamond sitting in there. The money spent on the valve cover was worth it for the POW! It'll give when you open the hood.

I like that approach. A lotta people do the opposite and worry about turning heads before even having a reliable motor. That motor is a gem the valve cover and the hard lines really make it. Excellent work.
