    • I have to say that I absolutely love this car. I hope I'll see you rolling around at some point or another.

I personally would keep the Salt Flats the same colour as the mustang wheels you currently have on. I think it really compliments the car a lot more then the darker colour. But hey, that's probably just me.

Keep up the amazing build mate.

How much does it cost to do that?

                    • I think I paid $275 for them to shave the lettering, smooth the texture and do polished copper plating.

                        Holy frick.
The engine in my car costs less than Your valve cover

Why did You go for the acrylic paint?
Not that I don't like it, it looks good.

Even though the car will be updated just about completely, I still want it to have a "vintage" feel. This car is gonna be my daily, so I didn't want the exterior too nice where I'd have to baby it. I want the engine compartment to be like a jewelry box and the engine to be like a big diamond sitting in there. The money spent on the valve cover was worth it for the POW! It'll give when you open the hood.

I like that approach. A lotta people do the opposite and worry about turning heads before even having a reliable motor. That motor is a gem the valve cover and the hard lines really make it. Excellent work.
Lower your expectations, you'll be much happier.

                            Oh, and your car too.
