Well, only recently joined up. Figured i would post up a build thread.

Freshly imported 1999 Series 2 Update Chaser with factory 5 speed transmission & Turbo 1JZGTE VVTi Engine.

18x8.5 +30 VOLK LE37s
RS*R Coilovers
Kakimoto Regu.96-R catback exhaust
Blitz Turbo timer
HKS EVC
Unidentified as yet Strut bar
Cusco Sway bars
Unidentified as yet POD Filter

Flew through rego inspection. I can't thank Nuwan @ Import Revolution enough! Top bloke. Even let me keep the HIDs ;-) Gonna save up a few more $$ and get some new feet I think. As much as I like the LE37s, they aren't quite what I want. Although they are growing on me...

Cheers guys. Still trying to figure our what's the next step. Probably drop it a little lower then sort wheel alignment then see how much I need to space the rims out and go from there!

Bit of a shit update really. Could use some advice though...

First:
L & R headlamps appear to be different colors/temps? Drivers is more yellow. Drivers also flickers a little. Only noticed the flicker going over bumps. Possible ballast problem?

Second:
Rear passenger strut is noisy. Believed to be an RS*R branded coilover. Are these rebuildable?

Third:
Front scraping noise with hard bumps. Though no inner guards to scrape and front bumper has plenty of ground clearance. Any ideas?

Finally:
Decided the LE37s aren't what I want. Love the look, but just not what I want on my car. Looking to get some 19s. Anyone up for a trade? Or want to buy the LE37s? 18x8.5 +30 all round with decent amount of indonesian rubber left on them.
