    Hi.

I bought an e36 a month ago, its my 16th car in two years

What I have done til now:

    - Lowered it as much as possible(Tuning Art Coilovers)

    - BBS RZ, 7.5"x16 Et13 soon with stretch. under restoring.

    - Stripped for paint, it was painted matte black when i bought it.

    - New exhaust, 2.5" straight with Supersport catback. Replaced the katalyst with a simple silencer

    - New Brakes all over

    - Swapped the intake from a b25, made a surprisingly big difference on the engine performance

    To do list:

    - Lower it til it won't roll, then raise 1/4"

    - New paint, Alpineweiss 3

    - Yellow lights

    - New engine (m52b28) Under restoration

    - Supercharger on the m52 or s50 later this year

    - Rollcage

This is how it looked.. horrible..

Under restoration. Going to make some quicklinks so I can replace fenders and hood in a few minutes.

    new engine in trunk installed!

    New rims, fits perfect

More pictures coming tomorrow of how the car is now

Huh? I bought a ruined and rusty e36 and restores it atm. What is wrong with that? It requires a lot of work over a long period of time and i'm prepared for it.. This e36 will be in perfect condition when i'm done with it..

Sorry for blurry image, android crap

Yes, as you all can se, the intake camshaft broke when i was pulling it out.....
After a quick inspection I found several cracks all over. Also a few studs broke under desmantling...

It's obviously not usable anymore after six years without the cylinderhead in place. Now the plan is two dismount this engine, get a m50b25 engine and replace the rods, crankshaft and pistons with the ones from the b28. Some camshafts from the s50 combined with a lightweight flywheel and a heavy duty clutch and i think were good to go!
