well finally got the time in the past couple days to completely seal up the driver side rocker from the inside, welded up the replacement metal for the subframe mount, then ran out of gas =( so instead of going to get more gas i deicided to just cut open the passenger rocker, this time a little more carefully so I can just weld it back into place cleanly, also made a little relay/fuse board for under the rear deck but i don't have any pictures of that yet

There is an absolutely astounding amount of work that is going into this car, and you have my absolute respect for that. I would have walked away from that car, had I seen all the rust it had. But you aren't giving up at all.

Hats off to you, keep up the great work.

well yesturday i said fuck it and bought all a bunch of steel for the new seat mount in hopes that it would all work out, i am very pleased with the results, pretty basic set up, don't worry everything is just tacked in it will be cleaner when I 1) get more gas 2) can see what the hell im doing

and yes i know i have the passenger seat on the drivers side, the drivers has a nasty bent back to it so i have to fix that before i can put it in, i honestly just wanted to sit in my car for the first time since i've owned it. yes thats right i have never sat in this car before today.
