Hey everyone, sorry about the lack of posts over the past month, i work retail and work has been crazy. As for the car, the body shop finally started working on it, and "finished" it. Sadly when the car was delivered back to my garage i was horrified when i seen the quality of the work that was done. The paint looks low quality, divets wernt filled, bay is already scuffed , both my fenders were scratched, screws were missing, and they decided to paint my BWS coilovers white. I am beyond disappointed and honestly dont know what to do. Either i drop my motor in and **** it because i see every imperfection or i have to save up and pay another shop to do it right, and set myself back a few months. Merry friggen christmas to me.....

I wish, that was my original plan when i started, but that s just a pipe dream now.Originally posted by Chuckdee View PostWill it be ready in time for h2oi? Great progress so far!
Yeah man, i sent them my bmw harness, and they sent made brand new 2jz end specific for what i had on my engine. I am using the shitty blue ebay mounts, honestly havnt even test fitted them yet. As for the broadway they ride amazing, and handle great. Only thing i dont like is how easily they rusted up. I do live in NE and 500ft from the ocean so im sure that it 90% of the issue.Originally posted by FlyLizards45 View PostI didn't realize Tweaked Performance did wiring for e36. What mounts are you using? And how are the Broadway Statics holding up? Awesome thread btw. Can't wait to see if finished

Yeah man, motor looked like it went swimming at the bottom of the Pacific when i got it. I was rushing it just to make the car run, then i said fuck it. So i started cleaning it up from bottom to top. Once i do the vlave covers and a couple other misc parts it should look minty.Originally posted by parttimeprojectionist View Posti dont know what it is about 2JZ rebuilds but they've always taken me the longest! theyre always so fuckin filthy and rusty with a million different sized bolts. .
looks like you have the right idea, take your time and do it right the first time.
that turbo manifold looks edible..
Bfc never ceases to make me laugh. The purist get so mad so easily its hysterical, but as for BWS i love them, and wouldnt put any other coil in my car personally.Originally posted by Peeunit View PostThis is amazing, fantastic work.
I'm half way through that BF thread and laughing my ass off. I cant believe how easily those guys get het up. I've just sent an enquiry about getting Broadways for my E90. You'd recommend them over anything else??
