I was originally going to go with megans since a lot of lexus guys seem to run them and have good results, but then I decided to go with BCs. They're awesome if you ask me, rebuildable for cheap, you can get custom low kits and spring rates as well. I got mine for 999$ shipped with the rear top hat extenders. The car will ride like sht unless you cut out some of the strut tower to allow the UCA to travel

Hey man Love the ls, I was wondering how you find the bc's? im looking at lows for my daily ls400 and im comparing coilovers atm, have you had any problems? how do they handle being lowered that much?
Such a sweet ride man. Props

thanks yall, the blue is pretty saucy though, and the flares are gnar too. Originally I was planning to mold them to the body so it would just be a widened panel with no seams, but the raw look of the flare has grown on me too. I'll stick with it for now

I had to grind out another half inch or so of the fender arch for more clearance and then 5mm spacers came in when I was putting front flares on so it worked out nicely. Spacers are for suckers but w/e, anything over 10mm is cheating imo haha,

then as I was drilling through the flare and fender I forgot I had tucked my harness up into the fender and drilled right through it, once again had to solder the harness.

I plan on shaving the washer nozzles off the hood soon so while I was down there I decided to take out my washer fluid reservoir, one less line running across the wheel arch.

and this is the result, Work Anhelo 18x10 -1 with 5mm spacer so now -6.

So when I drilled into the harness I blew two 40a fuses and lost all electronic functions, no power steering, no window controls, no speedo, no music etc. Picked up some new 40a fuses but they weren't exactly what I needed so I had to basically make my own fuse. Here's the original one

took out the pins so that I could salvage the housing

IMG_4501 by KEV.E, on Flickr
here's the new one, basically the pins come straight out of the side instead of downwards and the rails were backwards too.

Pulled this out of the housing and bent it backwards the opposite way to get the rails facing the proper direction

and then popped it into the original housing from earlier

here's one that's completed vs how they came

thanks mayne, I was really looking for some cerbs but at the time wasn't having any luck, and then these popped up and I decided to swoop them because I've only seen one other set of Anhelos in similar sizing. And then last week I saw CZ wheels selling a set of cerbs for the exact same price as these and it broke my heart a little hahaOriginally posted by Daviticus View PostEven with blue faces, those wheels are legit as hell on your LS.
