    Thinking more about that, the motor would SUCK. The compression ratio is going to be so high, I'm probably gonna be looking at maybe running 93 octane at super retarded timing.

    I really feel like tires/flares will come from my refund, depending on what's left after my vacation. I'm heading to S/C for my girlfriends Bday to spend a week on the beach. Got a nice condo on the coast!


    The trucks soooooo underpowered it's annoying. I make -maybe- 70 rwhp?? It sucks. The motor will be a freshly built L-Z hybrid block. Built by a buddy at Forged Performance to race spec for his old 210 he no longer has. He was building it to rape GTR's on the track, but abandoned the project after getting in deep with his rock crawler.

    It's an L20b block with:

    Forged Mahle pistons
    ARP Main studs
    Big block chevy bolts
    Z20E long rods (stock forged iirc)
    Z22 Crank (stock forged as well)

    A87 Close chamber head (imported from the japanese models in the 70's and 80's)
    BIG Racer Brown cam, .272 lift unkn duration

    I'll recycle my header and intake mani from my current setup, maybe get a single side draft Weber 45 and look at maybe double to triple my rwhp.

    I just reallyyyy feel like my truck needs more power. It's fucking shitty some days. mostly the heavy camper. I can live with the suspension for now.


    I think I'm gonna go by the bank and see about setting up a personal loan to pay for motor and parts.

    Ya know, I've really never looked... But that's a good question! If I ever go lower though, it will be on bags or coilovers so I'll just pull the swaybar out all together.






    My tax return is coming back soon...... so the question is:

    -LZ23 Stroker 'Race Prepped' by a Forged fabricator & 5 speed rebuild
    -Paint/body
    -Suspension
    -Etc
