That wheel looks great..i was expecting to see a wooden Nardi for some reason though

    What coils did you get?
Yes I should have spent more.. No wooden wheel here

    Hottunning coilovers this time..

And rain it did! Got drenched, cold, pissed off but got there in the end.

    Interior:

    coilovers:

Got more camber at the front now. Need to fiddle with the height a bit (lower maybe???), put a 3mm spacer on instead of a 5mm 'cos it catches at full lock slightly.

I'd go lower before spacing the wheels out more. Cant really tell from the pic but it seems as if it needs to be lower up front anyways

I'm really liking the interior Any more Motorsport inspired goodies planned!?

I'm going to put 3mm on instead of the 5mm ones that are on now. Couple of mil should stop it catching, little lower too

Not sure what's next. Need to clean the bay up as it's real skanky but keep putting it off!

Trying to stop the new coilover threads seizing up like the old ones did..

Got the suggestion of "Lizardskins" used for mountian bike suspension from a member on another forum.

I could either fit one on each strut (under the springs) or use two on each side (covering the spring too)

It's one hell of a squeeze getting just the one over the threads and will be a pain in the arse fitting/adjusting once on the car. Soo looks like I'll have to buy another two for the otherside. Had a quick mock up on my old coils..

Measured the ones on the car and once compressed with the cars weight, they're more than long enough to go right to the top of the spring. I'll just use insulation tape on the threads under the adjusters because I know this works and keeps them clean. Should work me-thinks

I done that too, trying to stop all the shit sticking to the grease with these. Still waiting for the other two in the post..

Smaller front spacers are on. No scrubbing now

Also changed oil/filter. Lowered the front more too..

                A bit dark for pics!

Got some rear bumpstops and new topmounts for the back, not fitted yet, the old ones squeek and do my head in!

Not much going on. Got some new RCA leads/amp/sub etc but it's too cold to do anything..

I did give it a bath and got some pictures not in the dark!

Had to take the wife so I could use her key to get into the estate..

Smoked front indicators on, along with yellow(ish) bulbs instead of amber ones for the running lights.

                        Also all red rears..

I could only find green bulbs that are expensive or are from the US with silly postage costs, but I had some paint in the shed to make them shine the correct colour.

                        Before

                        During (yes, I'm a pikey and I don't care)

                        After.

Hah, much more plod pleasing colour. Hasn't burnt off yet but time will tell
