yeah its not much now, but hopefully ill have some real updates soon when i get the car back this week. excited to start working on it again and getting it lower!

also, my good friend jason designs whees for a company called fifteen52. he made me up some wheels i will have them make for me later this year. right now, we're calling them "fatmacs"
my specs will either be the same as the borbets or if i can work out the correct offsets, i would like them built to 17x9 and 17x10.5

well i finally got the car back, ended up having to buy a new (rebuilt) auto. sucks to have another auto, but the 5 speed will go in soon. i am purchasing a new motor (3.2 m104) in may after sowo and hoping to have it in before h2oi 2013.
so i got the car back, slapped the bumper thats still in primer on so i can drive the car for a little.


got to work changing up the wheel color

went with white. i absolutely love it.

need to polish the lips some more. slapped the painted center caps on

and an ass shot, its so meaty and beautiful.

i have the new spring pads i plan on putting on the front soon to get it sitting perfect.
oil pan clearance on the 2.6 sucks, so im gonna have to make up a skid plate. that will hopefully come before sowo as well.
the trunk is still getting body work, as well as the amg spoiler. i have been driving around with this shit trunk with no spoiler and i wont lie, the look is really growing on me. i plan on welding up all the holes in the spare trunk and having a fully shaved trunk i can swap on whenever i feel like it.
i'm just happy to have the car back.

thanks dude, and originally i did plan on them but they just arent in the budget right now with the motor and 5 speed swap coming up. i have some higher rate v8 400e springs i plan on using.

new #1 spring pads installed. they are 8mm where the pads in there before were 20mm.
so its a little lower.

front is is looking sorry right now, everything is only half installed because its getting torn back off this week for paint.

enjoying my new lowishness. need a little bit more but its even for now considering the huge rear tires. will drop the front and the rear more when i get new ones.
i currently have 225/45 on a 10" looking to go for a 235/40 on it. only thing im worried about is that the stretch will not match the front as i have 205/40 on an 8.5"
i would like to upsize the fronts to a 215/40 but i already have brand new 205/40 falken 502's sitting in my room...hm.

Got some new, meatier tires mounted up front. Not as much stretch. Very happy with my new fitment.
