Updates are slim to none lately. A longtime family friend made me come over so he could see the engine swap and while I was there proceeded to hand me the keys and title to his '86 Porsche 944. I've been tinkering with that more than this now. But, here's some teasers.

Yeah, but it's okay because I'm still the lower than everyone. Sub 21" fender heights has been done on a non-stanced wheel setup on a static car. The car looked good, but it was tucking wheel and tire due to high offset. I'm sub 19-3/4" in the rear on 16's and if I added camber other than natural I would be able to tuck the lip and be around 19" even. I need to make a custom header and I'm thinking of getting slant lips and barrels and making the HRE's 17's or getting CCW LM5T's in 17's.

Well, I got my new airbag module, o2 sensor, and clock spring so that I can pass inspection. Fucking Communist, I mean Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

if you just air out while driving, the header scraping won't be an issue for long

The headlights will look more at home when my euro front bumper goes on. The headlights are really rare and I'm not a big fan of the MACH's which are the only other HID headlights. Wheels are going to be widened next year and will probably be stepped up to 17's as well. I'm thinking about trying that at h2oi, but the car doesn't move when aired out so it should be pretty interesting to do.
