I'm starting to get a bit bored of the xxr gold wheels now. I was wondering about painting the other 18" rims I have laying around. Black? White?

What do you guys think?

Love what you're doing with the car, I really like the fact that you went back to the Zenki front end from the S15 front end. In my opinion it really doesn't match the lines or flow of the car at all. (The S15 front end that is, and yes I am biased because I own a Zenki S14 myself XD) New wheels are 100x better than your old ones. Now to go lower

If you paint them please don't do them in black. For some reason 90% of black wheels I see look cheap, and I don't like the fact then when the car is rolling you can barely see them at all, they just kind of blend in with the tire. Just my 2 cents.

The problems I have with the new wheels ( in my head )
is that the ET on the front wheels makes them look stupid versus the rear wheels that have a lot of "bend" in them.

Maybe I'll run the old wheels in some sort of gunmetal paint, and keep the new ones gold ( I really want to plastidip them blue or something but) .

Changing wheels is quick, so maybe I could run one set one day and the other set next day

Would be a lot of work to keep switching. But that plastidip idea sounds good because if you don't like it you could go back to the original gold anytime. :thumbup:
