  • e30 3... er...16i ...auto

The worst possible spec e30 that i can think of, I now own. Being 18 and wanting to get insured this was the only option i could afford. The night i got it.

1989 with FSH and only 67k on the clock
first thing i did was get some origanl 15" BBS' and put them on

next i tried to lower it on JOM coilovers (massive wast of time) so i swaped the rear springs to arosa 90mm lowering spring and am going to try the sort something for the front soon

The auto box has given me problems since day one and since then has been swapped to a newer box out of a doner car but thats now having similer problems so tomorrow i'm going to get a manual and hopfully get it back on the road within the next 2 weeks

    Cheers for looking

Well today was odd, I texted a guy to come remove the doner car from my garden and one thing led to another i swapped the shell of the doner and £150 for this...

its got no logbook MOT or road tax but i checked its not stolen or anything. The car turns over but doesn't start due possibly to a fuel pump but we did get it to run by pouring petrol into the carb :/ anyways my friend said if i get it on the road he'll pay me back for the work.

I was pretty excited so i started Fankenstiening facelift parts onto the front to get rid of the rusty parts and try to get it closer to an MOT

            (sorry for crappy iphone photos)

            Thanks for looking

Little more, I've never done any real engine work so any advise would be appirciated! Anyway the throttle cable has snapped which is a problem, however I found an aftermarket immobiliser but haven't figured out how that works yet so the fuel pump might be ok?
Here is 2 photos just because I can...

Thanks for any advise or critics

tonight i managed to get all the seats out but still have to lift the carpet, under the car all feels quite soft though so im a bit nervouse about that! And I had corsa spings lying around and a set of porshe alloys, so why not?
