Great build. It's so easy for a few small things to escalate into a big rebuild of most of the car!

I had to change the started motor on my 911 and next thing I knew we had clutch out, cams going in, new exhaust etc etc. Just a few while we were there things!

I really like how you are sticking with making the car completely yours. I copped so much crap for some of the things on my car from so called Porsche "enthusiast" that I no longer attend many events.

where does a guy get a battery tie down like that? is it for universal sized batteries?

check out rennline.com, they have a few different sizes. i just matched up what size best fitr my battery.

Thanks guys. car is going jet black. meeting the glass company at the body shop tomorrow for the windshield install and with any luck the new crank sensor will fire it up and i can drive it home
