    hey everyone i just bought my friends dads 1982 yamaha maxim xj750 for $26.50 <-- dont ask me why lol but the bike was under water up to the headlight so im gunna turn it into a sweet bobber. This is also my first real build of any kind so bear with me.

      Use flickr or photobucket and copy the URL link into the text box on here. Also have you visted www.xs650chopper.com?

        Upload your pictures to Photobucket, and then copy and paste the "IMG" code into the "Message" box along with your text. If you "preview post" or "submit reply" you should be able to see the image. I am not sure of this forum has a thread section for testing, but most forums have a section in which you can post posts in which you can test things like image links before you write your actual thread.
        I love this idea, and really want to build one my self. I will when I am done with my 2002. Good luck and keep us updated.

          Can't wait to see pics and what your going to do with it, I just started working at a motorcycle salvage yard and see these things in all kind of shape, hope it works out for you, good luck.

            i've been looking at bikes to turn into a bobber for the past few weeks..picking one up next week if all goes as planned..good luck with the build, I'm excited for this!
